Federation Clubs The majority of hang gliding and paragliding sites in Wales are controlled by the five autonomous regional clubs who make up the Welsh Free Flight Federation (WFFF). Members of these clubs are automatically members of the WFFF, and enjoy access to many of the best flying sites in Wales through the reciprocal flying arrangements that exist within the Federation. Some sites are members only, but visitors are always welcome on the Club's "open sites". Foot launched powered aircraft are not permitted on the Club's "open sites". Membership of the Welsh Free Flight Federation is open to any democratically constituted BHPA club whose base and activities are centred within the borders of Wales.
